Stacy Ogbuehi

I’m Stacy, a second-year student in the Bachelor of Science Program at Thompson Rivers University. I am majoring in Cellular, Molecular, and Microbial Biology, a program that connects my passion for science and my love of learning. Being part of the production team has allowed me to contribute to a project that helps to make information more accessible to various communities. I also value the opportunity to connect with others and be part of a team that makes a positive impact. Outside of school and volunteering, I enjoy reading books and spending time outdoors.

I like questions. Not because I can always answer them, but because they spark curiosity, wonder, and innovation. Hello, my name is Enhica, and I am an Indigenous Bachelor of Science graduate in Biology. Science is a passion of mine, and learning is a close second, though it took me a few years to realize it.
While in school, much of my time was spent not only learning, but also sharing my passions through educational outreach, mentoring, and research. Working with kids, teens, and adults has given me so much to think about and continues to remind me why biology is so fascinating.
Now that I have completed my bachelor’s degree, I am looking forward to applying what I have learned in a professional setting. I am also exploring new avenues to further my career and education, while making time to travel, have fun, and connect with my culture.
